The Amanita lamp, designed by Mariana Pellegrino Soto, presented at Euroluce 2019, was created as a reading lamp composed of two discs: the first, thinner, to serve as a base, the second, thicker, contains the LED light source. The two metal circles are connected and spaced out by an oblique and thin tiger to form a sort of ’Z’. The same design, updated in proportions and modified in materials and finishes, is proposed in an outdoor version, with Amanita that turns into an elegant outdoor route sign.
