D.1, the new series of taps created in collaboration with Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, raises the level of technology for washbasin taps. Defined by a careful shaping of the details and proposed in refined galvanized chrome or matt black finishes, the D.1 series has been awarded with the Iconic Award. In the electronic version D.1 and the round knob, the design of the cylinder on the body of the faucet is repeated. The series taps are equipped with electronic activation by means of a control button, temperature variation with rotating movement displayed by means of colour change, adjustable temperature limiter, individually adjustable temperature limit and water supply duration. Elliot won the German Design Award 2020 under the category Excellent Product Design - Bath and Wellness. Duravit wins plaudits at both the iF DESIGN AWARD 2020 and Red Dot Award – including Best of the Best for D.1.
